Throughout the ten weeks that you will spend in Alaska, on the Juneau Men’s Project, you’ll be challenged to do things, which to most of us, is a complete step of faith. God will use the community of Christian brothers to challenge you, encourage you, and mold you into the lifelong Christ-centered laborer that He ha called us all to be, as we strive to see the gospel put within arms reach of everyone in Southeast Alaska. This summer, God will transform your life in ways that He has never done before, as you meet with Him in one of the most beautiful places in His creation.

What we value.
Life is a journey and Christ's call on our lives is "follow Me." Sadly, few men actually, truly follow Christ for a lifetime.

The goal of Juneau Men’s Project is to equip young men to be missional, Christ-centered laborers for a lifetime. How do we do that? By concentrating on our four pillars:

• effective evangelism
• authentic relationships
• white-hot faith
• never walking alone

What we'll be doing.
Juneau, Alaska, is one of the most breathtaking places on the planet. Home to only 30,000 residents, the city is visited by more than one million cruise ship tourists each year. Most of those tourists get to see Juneau for an afternoon. As a student on the Juneau Men’s Project, you'll have ten weeks to get to know Southeast Alaska.

During your ten weeks in Juneau, you will use your job in the community as one of your major places of ministry and outreach as you look for opportunities to build relationships with your co-workers and share the love of Christ with them. We'll will spend some weekends in Juneau having some type of major outreach event in the city of Juneau. And we'll spend ample time with God, help you more clearly define your relationship with Him, explore godly masculinity and go deep into each other's lives.

Oh yeah -- and we'll explore a glacier, hike epic mountains and catch huge salmon. If the outdoors make you come alive, then there's no place to spend your summer -- and be equipped to follow Christ for a lifetime -- like Juneau.

It's going to be intense!

What you'll learn.
While growing deeper in your relationship with God, you'll experience authentic relationships with other young men. Growing in intimacy with God and others -- that's what transforms our lives.

Throughout project you'll learn how to enter into the lives of others and impact them for eternity. We'll explore what it means to be a godly man and to follow Christ for a lifetime, even after graduating from college. So when we arrive in Juneau, we'll head deep into the wilderness where we'll go equally deep into each other's lives and begin forming friendships that will last a lifetime.

We'll also develop you as a leader in your faith. We'll equip you to share your faith with people in Juneau as well as back on your college campuses across the nation.

When it's all said and done, you'll be taking back to your campus the practical training and experience to impact the lives of others with the message of Jesus, create authentic friendships and lead as a man of God.
